Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 12, 2026
Pxture ("we", "us") is an online service that lets photographers deliver photo and video galleries to their clients. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to pxture.com and to the galleries hosted on it.
Information we collect
Photographers (account holders)
- Account details: your email address and a password. Passwords are stored only in scrambled (hashed) form; we can never see them.
- Sign in with Google: if you choose "Continue with Google", Google shares your email address and a Google account ID with us. We use them only to create your account and sign you in. We do not get your Google password or access to your Gmail, contacts, Drive or anything else.
- Your content: the photos, videos and gallery details (names, titles, settings) you upload.
- Usage numbers: storage used and counts of photos, galleries, client visits, downloads and favorites, which we show to you on your Account page.
Clients viewing a gallery
- We count gallery visits and downloads, and save which photos are marked as favorites, so the photographer can see them. We do not ask clients to create an account.
Everyone
- Cookies: we use one essential cookie to keep you signed in or to remember that you opened a gallery. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
- Technical logs: our server records basic request information (such as IP address, browser type and time) to keep the service secure and working. These logs are kept for a limited time.
How we use information
- To provide the service: store and show galleries, let clients view and download photos, and sign you in.
- To send account emails, such as confirming your email address or resetting your password.
- To keep Pxture secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use your photos or personal information for advertising. Photographers own their photos; we only store and deliver them on their behalf.
Services we use
We rely on a few trusted providers to run Pxture. They process information only to provide their service to us:
- Cloudflare - stores and delivers photos and videos.
- Google - only if you choose "Continue with Google".
- Zoho - sends our account emails.
- Our hosting provider - runs the Pxture server and database.
Keeping and deleting information
- Photos and galleries stay until the photographer deletes them. Deleted galleries are kept in the trash for 24 hours, then removed for good.
- Photographers can change their email and password at any time on the Account page.
- To delete your account and all its content, email us at support@pxture.com.
- If you are a client and want a photo of you removed, please contact the photographer who shared the gallery, or email us.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, private gallery links and optional gallery passwords to protect your information. No online service can be 100% secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
Children
Pxture accounts are for adults (photographers). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children to create accounts.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. For important changes, we will let account holders know by email.
