Questions, answered
Do I need my photographer to use Pxture?
Yes. Saving works from a gallery your photographer delivered with Pxture. Open it and tap “Save to my Pxture”.
What happens if my photographer deletes the gallery?
Your saved copy stays in your account, even if the photographer's gallery expires or is deleted. One thing to know: new photos can only be pulled in while their gallery still exists.
Are my photos full quality?
Quality is whatever your photographer allows. On most photographers' plans that is full resolution. You save the photos your photographer lets you download, so if they use proofing, those are the photos they released to you.
Can I play a slideshow on my TV?
Yes. The slideshow is made for big screens such as TVs, monitors and tablets on a stand. Choose from Fade, Slide, Ken Burns and Mosaic, and it works with keyboard and TV-remote arrow keys. The screen stays awake while it plays.
Who can see my photos?
Only you. Your library has no public links and is not on search engines.
What does the free plan include?
Free lets you keep 1 photographer gallery (up to 20 GB) for 7 days, once per email address. After that, choose Basic or Premium to keep your photos. If you don’t, the gallery is locked, and locked galleries are deleted 30 days after locking, so you have time to decide.
What do Basic and Premium add?
Basic lets you keep up to 5 photographer galleries and add 5 GB of your own photos and videos. Premium keeps up to 100 GB of photographer galleries (20 GB each) and gives you 50 GB for your own photos and videos. Photographer galleries don’t count toward your own storage. Both can be billed monthly or yearly, and you can cancel any time.
Is there a fair use policy?
Personal plans are for photos you receive as a client and your own personal photos, not for storing a photography business’s work. Pxture reviews accounts that look like misuse and may suspend them.
Is it really free? Do I need a card?
Yes, for 7 days. The free trial needs no credit card. Sign up with Google or email and save your first gallery, then choose a plan if you want to keep it.
